She keeps her finger on the pulse of jewelry styles and fashion by traveling the globe (for both business and pleasure), attending major industry shows, and utilizing her connections with designers and top industry experts. Selling a piece of fine jewelry that will be treasured for generations is what she loves.

Charity began working at the jewelry store as a gift-wrapper during Christmas breaks from school. Years later, after graduating from the University of Tennessee with a B.S. in Communications, she decided to make the jewelry business her career. Helping customers and friends select the perfect gift to commemorate special events in their lives - engagements, weddings, birth of a child, milestone birthday, etc. - is what she loves to do. Knowing the recipient personally makes the process even more fun.
